Bay Area Youth Services (BAYS) works to improve the quality of life of at risk youth, and find ways to help them reach their full potential. Recently, BAYS initiated a mentoring program called C-CORE and is seeking life coach/mentors for the young people in their program. Coach Description:

Desire to work with and be accessible to a group of young people, ages 16-18.
Willingness to provide career guidance and professional role modeling
Ability to work with other coaches in a team setting
Interest in giving back to your community through service
Ability to travel to and from the site of activities
Have weekly contact with members (2 face to face meetings per month)
Participate in training and supervisory meetings with agency staff
